All These ranks have ratings. Here they are listed in order, starting with the highest to the lowest. Only Recruits and above can recruit. Anyone can recruit anyone (except no ranks) and anyone can promote anyone. A recruiter is allowed to promote a Captain to Major and you get the idea. No one, except for the ones it is assigned to, is allowed to be promoted to a President, 2nd President, or Head CoPresident. Once you get to Vice President, thats as high as you can go unless I or Insanity allow you to. Defectors skip the tryouts!
